After-sales Service
If you need after-sales service, please provide the contract number/problem description/problem photo/drawing mark, and send the information to the following after-sales email:customerservice@homefurnishinglife.com.
After you make a warranty claim, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective part, and we reserve the right to replace the defective part with a part of equal or greater value.
If a warranty claim is made after a product has become obsolete or discontinued, we will replace the affected component with a replacement component of a similar style, subject to availability at the time of the claim. The warranty period begins upon SWETE delivery. The exact warranty time of the product should be confirmed with CSR(Generally, it is 2 years).
